We did something a little bit different (but very pink!) this Halloween: Neat Burger cooked up a storm to take to an exclusive bash catered the The Boundary in Shoreditch.
Hosted by two of the internet's most beloved influencers, Calum Harris and Sepps Eats, ‘Seppy Calloween’ was a Barbie and Ken themed extravaganza that merged the movie magic with plant based treats!
The playful irony wasn't lost on the guests who were dressed in their Halloween best, with many a Barbie and Ken doppelgänger mingling, burgers in one drink and a drink in the other – it was a night to remember, mostly. Let’s just say, those burgers definitely helped avoid some serious hangovers.
What’s on the menu?
The menu was a playful nod to the fast food classics that both Barbie and Ken might have enjoyed in the Barbie Dreamhouse. The nuggs were crispy and golden, perfect for snacking on while having a boogie. The Cheezburgers and Chick’n Burgers also went down a treat – the perfect party fuel for dancing the night away! And let’s not forget the Tater Tots, the dreamy pillowy potato balls of deliciousness, a real crowd pleaser.
Plant based dream team!
A whizz in the kitchen and content legend, Calum is the best-selling author of ‘the 20 minute vegan’ cookbook. He’s known for whipping up easy and healthy vegan recipes on his Instagram and TikTok pages. Calum's mission is to demystify vegan cooking, showing his vast following that plant-based meals can be both sumptuous and simple to prepare. It's fair to say, we’re big fans!
Sepps Eats is best known for stirring up (vegan, duh!) italian cuisine alongside his cherished Nonna. His delicious foodie content earned him Fortnum and Mason’s content creator of the year award, and we can see why! Every recipe video gets us in the mood for good vegan food, every single time.
We were chuffed to bits to be selected as the food partner for their event!
The event, much like the menu, was epic! The vibes were top tier and the guests were all legends!
